Kevin Richards Flamenco Guitars

Postby krichards » 01 Dec 2011, 10:56

Hi Everyone,
I'm Kevin Richards, a guitarrero, living in North Yorkshire England, working at present on No 27, a peghead blanca. I started making flamenco guitars, when I started playing flamenco, about 5 years ago, having made classicals before that. I also make the occasional steel strung acoustic when press ganged into it.
Because of medical problems, my output is small only about 3 or 4 guitars per year. My prices are low, I'm not trying to make a living, just enjoying seeing my guitars out there being played.
Anyone who wishes to visit my workshop and talk guitars is welcome to contact me. I'm in Northallerton, just off the A1 and on the main East Coast trainline.
You can see pictures etc on my Facebook page

Kevin, Welcome to the foro and always enjoy meeting and seeing the art of individual guitar makers. Nice looking and sounding guitars. Enjoyed the 13 year old playing the tango.

Hi Kevin;
I agree with Sam and I also like the Farruca you play on the negra.

Hola Kevin
I passed your area a few weeks ago.
Next time I pass your area I will contact you if that is OK because I am always interested to see guitars.
I am not sure if I could buy but I can see and then know about them.
Saludos cordiales
