I live in the Northwest USA and go to specialist (some world famous) in Portland, Oregon. I cannot travel far or fly due to inner ear problems, so going to Spain is out of the question. Unfortunately my chronic pain is from nerve loss and damage and not much can be done to relieve it other than drugs that are dangerous if used long term. Using emu oil allows my hands to loosen up enough to play guitar and zone diet helps prevent vertigo, so I survive, but not in as much comfort as I would like. No surgery at this time is required for the herniated disc, so that is good. A recent visit to the chiropractor got the nerves unpinched so I can now hold the guitar again. I had to work at hard labor jobs most of my life and now I am paying the price. I wish I could go to Spain. I would stay for good and learn cante. I have heard of a neurological clinic in Germany that is supposed to be the best, but it is expensive and out of my means.
Ramon if I remember right was the first one to describe the neuron. His art abilities drawing the brain and nervous system are unbelievable. I will do some research on the Spanish neurological scene.
