- Method 1
- Position the text pointer on the line in your post where you want the audio player to be embedded.
- Click the mp3 button at the top of the editing window.
- [mp3][/mp3] will appear in the editing window.
- Place your mouse pointer between those two tags and type or paste the URL of a remotely posted MP3 file.
- Method 2
- Position the text pointer on the line in your post where you want the audio player to be embedded.
- Type or paste the URL of a remotely posted MP3 file.
- Select that URL using your mouse or keyboard.
- Click the mp3 button at the top of the editing window.
To obtain the URL of an MP3 file from a link on a remote web page, right-click the link to the file, select "Copy Link Location" from the pop-up menu, then paste the copied link into the forum post editing window.

- Obtain permissions from webmasters of remote websites before linking audio players to files posted at their websites.
- Do not violate copyright laws.
- Multiple players on the same Old School Flamenco Foro page can make computers to seem to lockup. That problem is not due to a software bug. It is due to the method used to stream MP3 and video files from servers. If multiple players are started by website visitors, those players will all try to download MP3 or video files simultaneously. It won't be possible to stop that process until all the files have been downloaded, which has the effect of making a computer seem to lookup and be unresponsive. Use care not to embed more than one audio or video player on a Old School Flamenco Foro website page to avoid that problem.
